Golden Angels Newsletter

MAY 2017 NEWSLETTER

Hello! Golden Angels, Lent is over and we are ready to resume our activities. Please read this carefully and plan to be a major participant.

Friday, May 12 is our social night. Mr. Frank Cleary and the Youth will serve us dinner. Ladies, a free night of cooking and cleaning up. The Church doors will be open from 4:15 to 5:25 p.m. when they will be locked and you probably won’t find a way to get in. Please sign your name on the sheet in the Narthex. This is very important because Mr. Cleary needs to know how much food to buy. SPEAKER for the evening will be Mr. Richard Amend from St. Ann’s Retirement, Assisted Living and Nursing Home Complex. He will provide us with valuable Information whether or not you intend to avail yourself of such services.

LADIES’ TEA PARTY: On Sunday, May 21st from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. the Golden Angels along with the Altar Society are hosting this event. Ladies, please make every effort to attend and invite your daughters and granddaughters. This is a time to visit with ladies of the parish that you may or may not know and to make welcome ladies who are new to the parish and would like to get acquainted. Have a cup of tea and light refreshments.
